Boeing accepted responsibility for 737 MAX crashes and reached an agreement that avoids punitive damages. “The most import thing for Boeing is to put this as far behind them as they possibly can,” said KBK’s Brian Kabateck in an interview with Newsy on the announcement that Boeing admitted it produced an airplane that had an unsafe condition that was a proximate cause of the plaintiffs’ compensatory damages caused by the Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 crash.
