Matt Sahak

Associate

Matt Sahak is an Associate at Kabateck LLP with experience providing litigation support to the firm’s robust trial team.

Mr. Sahak has extensive litigation experience including drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, legal research and writing, and litigating at trial.

Most recently, Matt was part of the trial team that secured a $925,000 settlement on behalf of a client who was injured after an employee of Hylkema Roofing Company struck her vehicle. 

Before joining Kabateck LLP, Mr. Sahak worked at a Pasadena law firm for several years, gaining extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court, and worked on several trials, including examination and cross-examination of witnesses. Before that he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ferdinand F. Fernandez on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. During law school he externed for the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II, at the United States District Court.

Mr. Sahak graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School in 2015 where he was an associate editor for the Southwestern Law Review.
