$1 million settlement in a Wrongful Death case

KBK represented the family of a driver who struck a tractor-trailer that was illegally parked on the side of the highway.  The tractor-trailer filed to have proper hazard triangles/cones which are typically required when parking on the side of the highway.  The driver died as a result of the accident.  The case was settled for $1 million.
