Alina S. Vulic

Associate

Alina S. Vulic is an Associate at Kabateck LLP, where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including personal injury, employment law, business litigation, and medical malpractice.

Alina has played key roles in nationally recognized and high-profile litigation, including the wrongful death case arising from the “Rust” film set shooting on behalf of the family of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, and Robson v. MJJ Productions / MJJ Ventures, where she represented abuse survivors in complex negligence and corporate liability claims.

Her results include securing the Number 1 verdict in California in its category in 2023 in DONE! Ventures LLC v. Jamgotchian, et al., a complex commercial litigation matter involving tortious interference and landlord-tenant claims. That verdict ranked among the Top 50 verdicts in California and Top 25 in Los Angeles that year.

Before joining Kabateck LLP, Alina served as an Associate Trial Attorney for the Founding Partner at Carpenter & Zuckerman and the Civil Director of Civil Litigation at Liberty Bell Law Group, where she oversaw a broad civil litigation practice spanning business litigation, federal employment collective actions, personal injury, civil litigation defense, family law, and criminal defense. She also founded one of the Los Angeles area’s earliest cannabis licensing consulting firms, advising clients on licensing, compliance, and regulatory strategy.

Alina earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, with certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the Straus Institute, and her B.A. in Political Science from Pepperdine University, where she graduated magna cum laude with high distinction as a Fulbright Scholar nominee.
