The Merced Focus recently spoke with John McCorry, a pistachio farmer from Merced County, who was affected by the 2023 Planada flood. KBK is currently representing McCorry and others who have suffered injuries, property damage, evacuation costs, or other damages due to the floods that affected those in Merced County, as well as Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Tulare counties between January and March 2023.
