Brian Hong is a senior associate at Kabateck LLP where his practice focuses on personal injury, insurance bad faith, business litigation, and class actions.
Mr. Hong has tried numerous cases to verdict including several high-profile verdicts. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Hong is experienced in writing appellant briefs and has argued before the California Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining KBK, Mr. Hong developed his expertise in personal injury and products liability at the plaintiffs’ firm Grassini & Wrinkle. Mr. Hong received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he won various brief awards and competed in the ABA Appellate Advocacy Competition in which he reached the national finals. Mr. Hong received his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University where he regularly made the Dean’s List and served as an Advocate and Board Member for the Cornell Organization for Labor Action.
Mr. Hong is licensed to practice in California, and the United States District Court, Central and Northern Districts of California.
