Sheri Lalehzarian is an Associate at Kabateck LLP, where she plays a key role in the firm’s trial team, handling complex litigation across employment class actions, mass torts, consumer rights, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

Sheri has built a strong track record of securing multi-million-dollar settlements, particularly in employment litigation, where her strategic legal approach has delivered significant results.

Her successes include several seven-figure settlements in wage and hour class actions, with $3,000,000 (2023), $2,700,000 (2024), and $1,200,000 (2024) secured on behalf of employees, as well as a $3,750,000 settlement (2025) in a major wage dispute. With a deep understanding of labor law and a results-driven approach to litigation, Ms. Lalehzarian continues to achieve meaningful victories for her clients.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Sheri gained legal experience while serving as a law clerk at KBK. During this time, Ms. Lalehzarian expanded her knowledge of litigation practices by preparing and drafting pleadings, complaints, joint statements, various motions, and PAGA notices. She also drafted multi-million-dollar mediation demand packages for plaintiffs who were victims of the 2018 California wildfires, which included gathering substantiating documents, requesting expert reports, examining claim files from insurance firms, and calculating damages.

Ms. Lalehzarian received her law degree from Loyola Law School in 2022. During her time at Loyola, Sheri was a student mediator for the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution, providing conciliation and face-to-face mediation services for various cases, including landlord-tenant, consumer-merchant, neighbor-to-neighbor, and family disputes. She also served as a board member for the Iranian Law Students Association and as a member of the Jewish Law Students Association.
