Civil Action Surpasses 17.5 Million Views in Its First Year

Kabateck LLP is proud to celebrate one year of Civil Action on the Meidas Touch Network, and 17.5 million views in year one.

Across 366 episodes, Civil Action averaged nearly 48,000 views an episode, with 28 episodes drawing more than 100,000 views each. Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian have used the show to break down the legal stories shaping the country, from Supreme Court rulings to the investigations making national headlines.

The momentum has only grown, with two recent episodes each surpassing the 500,000-view mark: the Zorro Ranch Epstein raid at 567,000 views and Trump’s $10 billion BBC lawsuit at 521,000.

The audience showed up most in October and November, the show’s peak months at 2.3 million views each, and Sunday became its strongest day.

We are proud to be part of the Meidas Touch Network, recognized at the 2026 Webby Awards for Best News & Politics Podcast.

Thank you to everyone who has watched, shared, and tuned in this year. New episodes air weekly on the Meidas Touch Network. Here’s to year two.
