Brian Kabateck, Founding Partner, has been named Distinguished Counsel. For more than three decades, Brian has taken on powerful corporations, negligent utilities and insurers, recovering over $1 billion for consumers and communities. He continues to lead some of California’s most consequential disaster litigation.
For nearly three decades, the Daily Journal’s Top 100 has recognized the California lawyers with the greatest impact on the profession and their clients. Distinguished Counsel goes a step further, honoring lawyers who have appeared on the list 15 or more times. It’s a recognition of not just a great year, but sustained excellence over a career.
