The program provides a systematic approach to reading and interpreting insurance policies using common ISO policy forms. With insurance companies named as parties or funding defense costs in more than 60% of civil lawsuits, a working knowledge of insurance policy structure is an essential skill for litigators and transactional attorneys alike.
