$7 million awarded to Tara Hills Homeowners Association for unpaid insurance benefits

Brian Kabateck represented a homeowners association against its insurer for unpaid insurance benefits for property damage arising out of the Northridge earthquake. The case went to a jury trial, resulting in a verdict for the homeowners and compensatory damages of over $7 million.
