As an attorney at Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP, Steve Faries represent consumers injured by dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Over the years, he has become a recognized leader in the fight for justice against pharmaceutical drug and medical device corporations that sell their products before having first adequately designed and tested them or fairly warned of the injuries that can result from using them. On behalf of his injured clients, Mr. Faries and his litigation teams have won multi-million dollar jury verdicts and reached financial settlements exceeding tens of millions of dollars.
Before joining Kabateck Brown Kellner, Mr. Faries was a senior attorney at law firms with offices in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Today he continues to represent injured patients and consumers across the United States. Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Faries was a financial analyst for IBM.
Mr. Faries is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Northern District of Florida.
