Ms. Abghari is committed to protecting the rights and interests of consumers and individuals who have been harmed through the unlawful acts of others.

 

Ms. Abghari has a strong foundation in boutique litigation firms as well as corporate regulatory compliance. Ms. Abghari spent three years working in the regulatory compliance and the legal departments of the nation's leading mortgage companies, where she conducted legislative research and worked with various federal and state government agencies to ensure company compliance with current law. Before joining Kabateck Brown Kellner, Ms. Abghari gained extensive experience at a boutique plaintiff litigation firm specializing in business litigation, real estate law, contract disputes, and personal injury. During law school, Ms. Abghari externed for the Honorable Fumiko H. Wasserman of the Appellate Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

 

Ms. Abghari is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. She has received recognition for her academic achievement and also speaks Persian.
