Significant Cases:

Niall has handled numerous precedent setting consumer protection cases. An example of such a case involved the prosecution of a series of cases involving the deaths of multiple children caused by a dangerous candy product imported from overseas. Niall was instrumental in bringing this hazardous product to the attention of legislators and the US Food and Drug Administration. His efforts resulted in the US Food and Drug Administration issuing a national recall of this dangerous product and a ban on all further import of it.
