Lina Melidonian’s practice focuses on consumer class actions, mass tort litigation, employment class actions, insurance bad faith and other complex litigation cases. Ms. Melidonian is committed to protecting the rights and interests of the underdog, namely consumers and individuals who have been injured through the unlawful acts of others.
Ms. Melidonian has a strong foundation in litigation, with experience in both boutique litigation firms and fast-paced Plaintiff litigation firms. Before joining the Kabateck Brown Kellner family, Ms. Melidonian spent three years at Girardi & Keese, where she had the opportunity to work on numerous high-profile cases locally and in New York. Her focus was on product liability and toxic tort cases against national auto and tire manufacturers and other corporate entities, such as oil companies. There, she discovered her passion for holding corporate wrongdoers accountable and affecting positive change for consumers through the legal system. Ms. Melidonian also had the opportunity to extern for the Honorable Zaven Sinanian of the Los Angeles Superior Court during law school.
Ms. Melidonian is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. She has received recognition for her academic achievement and is also fluent in Armenian.
