Evan Zucker practices in the areas of consumer class actions, bad faith insurance litigation, employment class actions and real estate litigation. Mr. Zucker is dedicated to fighting for individual rights as well as protecting the rights of consumers who have been harmed by the unlawful acts of others.
Before joining Kabateck Brown Kellner, Mr. Zucker was involved in obtaining a quarter billion dollar settlement on behalf of auto insurance policyholders who were being charged excessive rates. He also worked vigorously to recover hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of commercial and residential policyholders faced with catastrophic losses. He has also assisted in the pro bono representation of minorities as a result of civil rights violations.
