Evan Zucker practices in the areas of consumer class actions, bad faith insurance litigation, employment class actions and real estate litigation. Before joining Kabateck Brown Kellner, Mr. Zucker took part in obtaining a quarter of a billion dollar settlement on behalf of auto insurance policyholders who were being charged excessive rates. He also worked vigorously to recover hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of commercial and residential policyholders faced with catastrophe losses. Mr. Zucker is dedicated to fighting for individual rights and assisted in pro-bono representation of minorities as a result of civil rights violations.
