Cioffi Remmer’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. Mr. Remmer is committed to protecting the rights and interests of the underdog, namely consumers and individuals who have been injured through the unlawful acts of others.
Mr. Remmer has a strong foundation in litigation, with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Before joining Kabateck Brown Kellner, Mr. Remmer worked on numerous personal injury cases and high-profile mass tort cases as an attorney with Girardi & Keese. Mr. Remmer then joined Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper, where his practice focused on representing insured professionals, including physicians, attorneys, and accountants in malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Remmer also previously worked on premises liability defense.
Mr. Remmer is licensed to practice in California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. He has been recognized for his academic achievement and is fluent in French.
