Nicholas R. Moreno is an associate at Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP where his practice focuses on consumer class actions, mass torts, and insurance bad faith.
Prior to joining KBK, Mr. Moreno honed his legal skills working on insurance bad faith actions at the plaintiffs’ firm Shernoff Bidart Echeverria, LLP. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Moreno served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. James Otero of the US District Court for the Central District of California where he drafted orders in civil and criminal matters, including orders on motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine.
Mr. Moreno attended Stanford Law School where he was a member of the Youth and Education Law Project, a legal clinic dedicated to ensuring students have equal access to education.
