Joel G. Weinberg is Of Counsel to Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP where he specializes in consumer class actions and personal injury matters on behalf of plaintiffs.
Mr. Weinberg brings extensive litigation experience to KBK. Prior to working at KBK, Mr. Weinberg worked at Freeman, Freeman & Smiley, LLP, where his practice focused on real estate and business litigation. Before that, Mr. Weinberg defended against personal injury, premises liability, and products liability matters at Schaffer, Lax, McNaughton & Chen, APC.
Mr. Weinberg received his law degree, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law (now known as Southwestern Law School) in Los Angeles. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Florence-Marie Cooper of the United States District Court, Central District of California, and for the Honorable Earl Johnson, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. Mr. Weinberg also served as a law clerk at Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov, APC, where he assisted with plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Mr. Weinberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
