In historic litigation that resulted in tens of millions of dollars for families of victims of the Armenian Genocide, Kabateck Kellner was co-lead counsel in actions brought against insurers New York Life and AXA. This litigation was particularly difficult given the fact that the Armenian Genocide occurred over 90 years ago. The firm is currently prosecuting claims on behalf of heirs of the Armenian Genocide arising from bank deposits and other assets held by Deutsche Bank, as well as insurance claims against Victoria Versicherung AG insurance company.
